Orders must be received by Wednesday, November 15 and will be baked Saturday, November 18 for pickup that day at the Bloomington farmers’ market and the Indy Winter Market.
We have 9 kinds of croissants to choose from: plain, chocolate, pretzel, almond, ham & swiss, chard & swiss, baked apple, pumpkin pie and cinnamon swirl.
We have 10 kinds of bread to choose from: rustic sourdough, sunflower whole wheat, Jewish rye, Danish rye, sesame spelt, seeded kamut, whole kamut, focaccia, baguettes and multi-grain sourdough (no gluten).
We have 3 granolas: fire-toasted granola (our regular almond granola), sunny seeds granola (with sunflower & pumpkin seeds) and fire-toasted muesli (with sunflower & pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts and raisins).
Orders will be available for pickup at the Bloomington farmers’ market from 9 am to 1 pm on November 18 and from 9 to 12:30 at the Indy Winter Market. We will e-mail for you to choose your selection and your location of pickup after your purchase.
