Orders must be received by Wednesday, December 19 and will be baked Saturday, December 22 for pickup that day at the Bloomington farmers’ market and the Indy Winter Market.
We have 8 kinds of croissants to choose from: plain, chocolate, pretzel, almond, ham & swiss, chard & swiss, baked apple, and cinnamon swirl.
We have 11 kinds of bread to choose from: rustic sourdough, sunflower whole wheat, Jewish rye, Danish rye, sesame whole wheat, seeded kamut, whole kamut, croissant loaves, baguettes and multi-grain sourdough (no gluten). We are also baking Cristoposomos, a Greek Christmas bread with walnuts, dried fruits, and orange zest.
We have 3 granolas: fire-toasted granola (our regular almond granola), sunny seeds granola (with sunflower & pumpkin seeds) and fire-toasted muesli (with sunflower & pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts and raisins).
Orders will be available for pickup at the Bloomington Winter Farmers’ Market or the Indy Winter Market from 9 am to 12:30 pm on December 22. We will e-mail an invoice after we receive your order form.
