In this workshop, which we offer only in December, we will make three different decorative sweet breads as well as Chanukah doughnuts. While the breads rise, we will make a pizza lunch together with fresh ingredients from our garden.
This class is a wonderful way to celebrate the holidays. You will go home with breads to eat, share, or freeze for the holiday season. We will make breads from an enriched dough, which contains eggs, oil and sugar. All the breads are decorative, and some are braided. You will take home three loaves of bread and a bag full of hot jelly doughnuts, fried in real oil, as well as the recipes for all.
This workshop is usually offered the first Sunday in December and runs 10 am to 4 pm.
