In this workshop, which we offer only in December, we will make three different decorative sweet breads. While the breads rise, we will make a pizza lunch together with fresh ingredients from our garden.
This class is a wonderful way to celebrate the holidays. You will go home with breads to eat, share, or freeze for the holiday season. We will make breads from an enriched dough, which contains eggs, oil and sugar. All the breads are decorative, and some are braided. You will take home four loaves of bread as well as the recipes for all.
This workshop will be offered on Saturday, Dec 15 from 11 am to 5 pm and Sunday, Dec 16 from 10 am to 4 pm.
