Muddy Fork employs 5 to 6 part-time granola and bread bakers and farmers’ market staff.  We are a small family-run business and you will work with and learn directly from owner and master baker Eric Schedler.  Because we are small, we rely on our employees to be very dependable and seek people who will represent us well to the public.

Most of our production is on Friday and Saturday in anticipation of the weekly farmers’ market.  We also make granola midweek.
