In advance of Easter we are offering 20% off all advance orders of a dozen croissants and 25% off orders of 2 or more dozen croissants.

Orders must be placed by Tuesday, April 16, and will be baked Saturday, April 20, and available for pickup at the Bloomington farmers’ market from 8 am to 1 pm.

We will also be baking Ciambella Mandorlata, an Italian Easter bread, which can be added to any order.


Ciambella is a slightly sweet egg bread with lemon zest and an almond-sugar topping.  It is braided into a ring to symbolize a crown.  We use local eggs, as well as organic flour, sugar and lemons in the dough.
